Staples of my diet include:
- Leafy greens
- Avocados
- Fruits (berries, apples, lemons, grapefruit, pomegranate, banana whatever I'm in the mood for)
- Vegetables (broccoli, kale, spinach, onions, celery...)
- Sweet potatoes
- Seeds (flax, chia, hemp, sunflower)
- Nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashew, pistacchio)
- Olive oil
- Coconut oil
- Chicken breasts
- Seafood (salmon, shrimp, tuna, octopus)
- Quinoa
- Almond milk
- Whole grains, preferably raw + sprouted (cereal, bread, wraps)
